What is the best shampoo and conditioner for dry thin hair?

I have thin hair. I wish it was thicker. I use hairsprays and I blow dry my hair upside down. Because of that, my underside layer is very hurt. Is there a excellent, inexpensive shampoo and conditioner i can find in Canada that will help give volume to my hair and help repair the hurt at the same time?

I used to have really thick hair. My senior year I found out I had lupus and lost a lot of it. I’m not bald or whatever business, and my lupus is in remission, but my hair is still thin. I reckon it runs in my family tree though, because my protect has very thin hair. She even has a bald spot. I’m 19 so hopfully I won’t have to worry about that for awhile.
What is the best shampoo to get some of my thickness back. Is there any behavior that can make my hair grow thicker?
